1 year old baby

my son has done nothing but poop out a orange seedy watery poop since yesterday. i swear everytime i change his diaper he goes again. also he threw up chunks of mac n cheese n green beans and also threw up his milk (soy milk) so i’ve been giving him pedialite and water with apple sauce and jello but hes still poopin what else can i do besides call the doctor???
