Are there baby skin care products for eczema?I know there are a lot of skin care products suitable for babies. Is there anything out there that can reduce or get rid of eczema? you can give your’e child hydrocortizone cream for his/her eczema. my daughter has it and i put the cream on her and it stops the itching and so it will go away quicker. but it will not get rid of it forever. make sure you keep it clean also and don’t let it dry out.
e-mail me with any other questions

some kids grow out of it. I really like cutemol and cetaphil. They are mild with no fragrances. They work great on baby skin. My son had really sensitive skin and very allergy prone. Both worked fine but the key is to apply right after a bath when the skin is still slightly damp. He’s really grown out of it now at 15 months but still gets spots now and then.
