  1. Yes, Any foods that are gassy like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, beans. Foods that have alot of caffine. Caffine, it keeps us awake. It will also keep your infant awake. Bland foods are better when your infant is newborn. You can add other foods later. Keep a list of what you eat. If the baby becomes fussy you will know what you ate and that is likely the problem.

  2. I Have heard that Dairy, specifically milk, can Cause a breastfed baby to be fussy! Caffine is a definate NO NO, which eliminates chocolate (really sucks huh!). Spicy foods and Gassy foods that affect you will most likely affect your baby!

  3. To begin with cow dairy is not good for you or your baby, toddler, or teen. Most the population is allergic and they don’t even know it. Just be aware. Keep your diet clean and simple. Meats without hormones, eat only organic, lots of greens, stay away from any foods that are processed. If you want a healthy child then you have to be a healthy mother. Stay away from caffeine, sugar, cow dairy, foods that cause gas.

  4. I agree with some of those things. To keep your baby healthy, yes eat a variety of all of the healthy things, but having a chocolate bar every now and then isn’t gonna hurt anyone. Keep your baby healthy, but also give them the variety they want too. If you keep them on fruits ad veggies all the time they are gonna become prone to that and you want a healthy baby not a sheltered one
